He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas E. Forry. He is survived by: his parent Helen Forry Klinedinst of Hanover; his sister Linda Martin (Jeff); and his sibling's children, William Wiest (Wendy) of Spring Grove, Brandon Martin (Megan) of Hanover and Kristi Cole (Doug) of Fayetteville, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 924-N Colonial Avenue, York, PA 17403.
