Carbaugh (Mattingly); his children, Anthony Carbaugh of Hanover, Scott Carbaugh (Karen) of New Philadelphia, OH, Robert Carbaugh (Jill) of Chesapeake, VA, Lisa Kauffman (Jeffrey) of New Oxford, Debra Adams (Michael) of Petersburg, OH, Joseph Carbaugh (Michele) of Abbottstown, Christopher Carbaugh (Rebecca) of New Oxford and Shawn Carbaugh of McSherrystown; and his sisters, Dolores Sneeringer and Geneva Epley.
