He was predeceased by: his parent Luther T. Hummel; and his son David E. Hummel. He is survived by: his spouse Betty L. Hummel (Pressley); his parent Josepha Hummel (Labinski); his children, Lorrie L. Little (Jim) of Gettysburg, Patricia A. Dutterer (Alan) of Hanover, Daniel J. Hummel (Tami) of Berkley Springs, WV and Paul L. Hummel (late Karen) of Fairfield, PA; and his brother Luther T. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
