We bid farewell to Bernice Fryer of Harborcreek, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 30, 2025 at the age of 104. Bernice touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Coe Thompson and Carrie Jennings Thompson; her husband Ernest E. Fryer; her granddaughter Madison Workman; and her siblings, Junun Thompson and Nola Rouse.

She is survived by: her children, Alan Fryer (Pamela) and Linda Fryer; her grandchildren, Andrew Suroviec, Mark Suroviec (Alice), Vera Suroviec, Brad Nichols (Whitney) and Kelly Chimera (Jim); her great grandchildren, Margaret Suroviec, Lucy Suroviec, Anna Needham (Connor), Alexis Chimera, Braxton Nichols, Brodie Nichols and Brooklyn Nichols; her great great grandchild Raelynn Needham; and her sister Alta Lake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (2025 Eastern Ave, Erie, PA 16510). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
