He was predeceased by : his parents, John Niedzielski and Blanche Niedzielski (Spoon); and his siblings, Betty Tidd, Richard Foster, Walter Foster, Jr. and John Foster.

He is survived by : his children, John McKenna, Laura Roberson (Christopher), Kyle Niedzielski and Amberlynne Pattison; his grandchildren, Adalyn Roberson and John McKenna, Jr.; and the mother of his children Maria Martell (McKenna). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
