She was predeceased by: her spouse Piotr Zajac; and her parents, Thomas Pazdziora and Bronislava Pazdziora. She is survived by: her son Chester Zajac of Palm Harbor, FL; her grandchildren, Jeannette, Chester and Robert Zajac; and her great grandchildren, Katherine, Coy and Jordyn.
