She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph DiGiondomenico and Marianne DiGiondomenico (Esposito); and her brother Matthew (Marianne Martin). She is survived by: her siblings, Lisa (Mark) and Ralph; her children, Justin (CJ) and Allison; her siblings' children, Sophia and Mason; her stepmother Antionette DiGiondomenico; and her stepbrother Frank Volpe. She is also survived by many other cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church (51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446).
