He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gallagher and Veronica Gallagher (Loftus); and his siblings, Mary Meehan and James. He is survived by: his wife Joan Gallagher (Canavan); his children, Terry Cooney (John) of Lansdale, Tim Gallagher (Donna) of Lansdale, Kathy Harkins (Walt) of Skippack, Joanne Gallagher of Lafayette Hill and Sharon Patterson (Mark) of Lansdale; his grandchildren, Colleen (Joe), Megan, Brendan, Katelyn (James), Natalie, Sean, Keegan, Joe, Kelli, Morgan, Luke and Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Nora and Violet; and his brother Eugene. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
