He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria C. Webber; his parents, Richard Webber, Sr. and Muriel Webber (Arkels); and his brother Jim Webber. He is survived by: his children, Donna Cassara, Sandra Coryell (Dave), Richard Webber III, Julia Simko (Tom) and Robert Webber (Jodi); his grandchildren, Louis Forte (Melissa), Christopher Forte (Christa), Shanna Moser, Carly Cassara, Kayla Cassara, Olivia Simko and Chiana Webber; his great grandchildren, Louis Edward Forte and Oliver William Forte; his siblings, Ross Webber (MaryLou), Alan Webber (Harriet), Jan Hye (Barry) and Lynn Lamoureux (Ron); and his daughter Debra Scopino. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
