She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Toth and Eva Toth (Cunzvich); her husband Charles N. Phillips; and her siblings, Anna Mae Suttmiller and Louis Toth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Eva M. (Robert Jones), Teresa A. Halt (James Halt, Jr.) and Nina L. (Bryan Rightenour); and her brother Timothy Toth. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
