She was predeceased by: her husband Don Waugh; and her daughter Linda Waugh. She is survived by: her children, Fred Waugh and Julie Brown; her grandchildren, Lisa Bower, Kimberly Sourbeer, Alexandria Lappas and Donald; and her close friend Molly Stackpole. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
