He is survived by: his wife Milagros Cruz Hernandez; his children, Luis Antonio Cruz, Ramon Antonio Cruz, Maribel Espejo, Lizzette Rondon, Jose Miguel Cruz, Felix Javier Vega, Luis Manuel Vega and Miguel Angel Vega; and his brothers, Raul Cruz and Valentin Cruz Rivera. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
