She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Slothour and Margaret Slothour (Shafer); and her siblings, Delores "Butsy" Slothour and Frederick Slothour. She is survived by: her husband Richard Sebastian; her children, Rick (Barb), Scott (Marilia), Todd (Gabrielle) and Beth (Glenda); her grandchildren, JD, Katie, Alan, Michelle, Alex and Chris; her great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Abigail, Garin, Gidian, Cale, Summer, Elle, Grace, Ariya and Marley; and her sister Dorothy Steinmeier.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Jesus Church (6150 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg, PA 17112). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
