She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry V. Courtney and Willie M. Courtney. She is survived by: her husband Jack M. McNeill; her children, Cynthia Smith (Tom), Suzanne Dutka (Gary) and Kevin McNeill; and her brother William Courtney. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
