She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfredo Perez and Gloria Rivera. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Santos and Glorymar Acevedo of Harrisburg; her husband Melvin Martinez; her brothers, Wilfredo Perez, Michael Perez and William Perez; and her granddaughter Gloryann Abreru.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made on the funeral home website to help with costs.
