She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Wernicki and Helen Wittenburg Wernicki; her former husband John W. Mazanowski; her husband Harry Hopkins; her sisters, Eleanor Martin and Virginia Kochanczyk; and her nephew Alan Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Stephen Mazanowski (Debbie) of Wattsburg and Patricia Tech (Alan) of Elliotsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Jessica Phillips, Sarah Kirstner (Peter), Andrew Tech (Kristine), Emily Henry (Donald), Lisa Burek (Daryl), Michael Mazanowski (Shannon), Joseph Mazanowski (Toni) and Stephanie Mazanowski; and her sister Marjorie Johnson of Erie. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
