He was predeceased by: his parent Moshe Schertz. He is survived by: his spouse Reva Schertz (Sylvetsky); his parent Mina Schertz (Stanger); his children, David Schertz (Niema) of Harrisburg and Sara Kory (Romen) of Jerusalem; his sister Bella Flom (Bernard) of Brooklyn; and his grandchildren, Moshe, Abie, Aliza, Eliyahu, Esther and Avigail.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory to Kesher Israel Congregation.
