He was predeceased by: his parent Peter Chiplowitz; his wife Goldie Chiplowitz; and his daughter Sherri Plevins. He is survived by: his parent Bessie Bernstein Chiplowitz; his daughter Holly Vogel (Bruce) of Boynton Beach; his grandchildren, Jami Field, Eric Field, Alyssa Laeser and Lauren Haring; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Alexa, Sean and Benjamin.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Homeland Hospice, 2300 Varatan Way, Suite 270, Harrisburg PA 17110.
