He is survived by: his parents, Warren L. and Elizabeth Grove Miller; his son Rich; his wife Gloria McFall Miller; his children, Christina Miller Treacy (Jim) of Great Falls, VA and Charles Richard Miller, Jr.; his wife Julie of Wernersville, PA; his grandchildren, Emily, Lauren, Ellie, Evan and Joshua; his mother-in-law Gloria Kibler McFall of Front Royal, VA; his brother-in-law Gary Hamilton McFall (Robert Ramoy) of Bethesda, MD; and his nephew Golden Retriever Lilly.
