He was predeceased by: his parents, John Freeman and Margaret Freeman (Noll) of Pottsville, PA.; his wife Gertrude R. Freeman; his siblings, John, George Freeman, Margaret Zelinsky (Dolly) and Freda Jobrey; and his nephew Mark Zelinsky.
He is survived by: his sister Jeanie Moyer of Tamaqua; his sister-in-law Beverley Nagle-Haus; and his sibling's children, Tara Mitchell, Jack Nagle of Harrisburg, Judy Dross, Shelley Tomey, Maryan Marton, Carolan Emery, Doris Jean Breyan, Mickey, Bobby and Richie Jobrey.
