She was predeceased by: her father Herman L. Ayler; her sister Vanessa Y. Ayler; and her nephew Phillip J. Ayler. She is survived by: her mother Mary T. Ayler; her brothers, Riccardo Ayler (Antonia) of Oberlin, PA and Demetrius Ayler (Ursula Culpepper) of Harrisburg, PA; and her siblings' children, Crystal M. Ayler, Demetria Q. Ayler, Briana M. Ayler, Ursula V. Ayler, Jerome A. Ayler, Terryl J. Ayler and Elijah M. Ayler. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
