He is survived by: his sister Helen Bryant of Union City, Georgia.; and his children, Terrance L. Slade of Harrisburg, PA, Paula M. Slade of Harrisburg, PA and Tracie E. Wilson (Learchia Wilson) of Conyers, GA..
