It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra A. Flood (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 12, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Natasha Stone of Brandi Stone and Brandon Flood; her grandchildren, Bilal Watts, Shaniyah Watts, Nolan Adams and Tristan Flood; and her siblings, David, Donald, Donna, Daryl, Derek and Dwayne Flood. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
