Harper (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel W. Harper; and her siblings, Samuel Vince, Eugene Harper, Beverly Harper and Doris Harper.
She is survived by: her parent Sarah G. Harper (Gaitor); and her siblings, Harriet Denise Rideout of Shippensburg, Crystal H. Caraway of Harrisburg and Michael Harper of Chambersburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
