She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Clements and H. Louise Clements (Stetler); her husband David Nissel; and her brother James Clements. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Watro (Drew) and David Nissel (Laurie); her sister Diane Way; her granddaughters, Hilary Fulmer (Keith Buehlman), Bailey Watro (Rishabh Rathod), Emma Padezanin (Ryan) and Lyla Nissel; her great grandchildren, Chase and Makayla; her niece Amanda Manta; and her great-nephew Charlie. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1303 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA 17070). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Rolling Green Cemetery (1811 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or Disabled Veterans of America in her name.
