It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsa Baker (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 20, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David Baker; and her brother Neal Eskridge. She is survived by: her parents, Sadie Eskridge and Jack Eskridge. She is also survived by cousins, two of which are Harry and Jean Tabor of MI, several nieces and nephews and by her many loving friends within the deaf community, Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, her many friends.
