It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ethel Sommer (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 7, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rose Heikoff and Reuben Heikoff; her husband David Sommer; her daughters, Ellen Goldner (Alan Goldner) and Judy Shankman (Mark Shankman); and her grandchildren, Josh Goldner (Tamar Shahar), Rachel Stein (Mark Stein), Sarah Kerner (Zachary Kerner) and David Shankman. She was also cherished by seven great grandchildren.
