He was predeceased by : his wife Nancy Jean; his parents, Mary and George; his sister Delores Appleby; and his brothers-in-law, Richard and Robert Sellers.
He is survived by : his children, Downs Syndrome, MaryAnn Kraynak, Paula Smith (Richard), David Mikula (Kelly) and Michele Mikula; his grandchildren, Raymond Kraynak (Stephanie), Joanna Kraynak-Appel (Austin), Michael Kraynak, Terri Scharff (William), Shelbi Smith, David Mikula, Jessica Wenrich (Thomas), Andrea Mikula, Victoria Mikula and Scott Mikula; his great grandchildren, Stella Appel, William, Rylin Scharff and Brooks Wenrich; his stepgrandson Brian Smith; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Bailey, Noah and Lillian Smith; his brother Bernard Mikula; and his siblings-in-law, Corrine Sellers and Kenneth Sellers. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
