With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Harp (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 20, 2019 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harp and Pauline Harp (Geeseman); and his brother George Harp. He is survived by: his brother Charles Rupp (Lin) of Texas; and his pet Toby.
