He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Duggins and Doris Duggins (Hazelwood). He is survived by: his children, Anjelica Duggins and Joseph Richardson; the mother of his children Deborah Duggins; his sons, Christopher (Stacy), Tory (Jackie) and Jeff (Jessica); his grandchildren, Christopher, Kinsley, Christian, Noelle, Damien, Cheyenne, Mariah, Aiden and Marcello; and his sibling's children, Kelsie, Zamara, Anthony, Alina, Elisa and Kevin.
