He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Gaston and Maggie Stroud-Gaston; his children, Ronald Brundage III, Tara, Shannon and Gary Gaston Jr.; his significant other Jennifer Buzby; his siblings, Jerome L. Gaston Sr. (Wanda Jefferies) and Lovella Burhannon; his aunt Willa Mae "Tot" Stroud; his brother Dr. Alvin Cook; his cousins, Marie Bowers (Donald), Debbie James, Wanda Rucker (Billie) and Karen Anderson (Marlin); and his siblings' children, Shawntè Arrington, Jerome Gaston Jr., Taylor Gaston, Denisha White (Shawn), Lisa Griffy and Chinwè S. Maponya-Cook. He was also cherished by three great-nephews, three great-nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
