He was predeceased by: his parent Pedro Perez; his wife Etta Mae Perez; his son Anthony "Tony" Perez; and his grandson Donald "Bubba" Welsh, Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Carmen Perez; his children, Theresa Welsh and Christopher Perez; and his grandchildren, Heather Welsh, Rebecca Ohler, Rosetta Welsh, Theresa Welsh, Jessica Welsh, Jesse Perez, Jesse Welsh, Daniel Welsh and Robert Welsh. He is also survived by nine great-granddaughters; six great-grandsons.
