He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Finley, Sr. and Dorothy Cooper Finley; and his grandchildren, Victor Randolph Banks, Jr. and Angel Finley. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Finley; his children, Harry Leroy Finley III (Bridgette Carter), Kimberly Costley, Gilvonna M. Finley-Dancey (Solomon R. Dancey) and Ayana Yasmeen Martin; and his brother Robert Finley (Luella). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
