He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel Simmons. He is survived by: his parent Esther Simmons; his wife Sara of Mechanicsburg; and his children, Jack Jr. (Wanda) of Ohio and Michele Winegar (Mike) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by his three grandchildren and his great-granddaughter.
