She was predeceased by: her husband Rocco B. Cristillo. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Cristillo (Theresa) of Harrisburg, Stephanie Pugliese (John) of Lebanon, Glenda Youtz (Scott) of Dauphin and Felicia Leoni (Anthony) of Harrisburg.

In lieu of flowers, the Cristillo family kindly requests that donations be made in Jacquelyn's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
