He is survived by: his parents, Roland Holt and Beverly Holt; his wife Cathi Holt; his children, DeJa Smith, Brandi Holt, Kayla Hodges, Kiara Matthews, Jahari Holt, Jay Holt Jr., DeAndre Holt, Christian Beasley, Maurice Williams and Maurnita Williams; his brothers, Randy Holt (Debbie) of Harrisburg, James Holt (Jennifer) of Sandusky and Brandon Holt of Toledo; his grandparents, Jimmy Randolph, Viola Randolph, Roland Holt and Edna Holt; and his aunt Sherdina Sewell. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 1 nephew, and 5 grandchildren.
