He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Foster Harkins and Virginia Wurster Harkins; his wife Katherine Leisman Harkins; his children, Virginia Ramsey (Robert) of Carlisle, PA, Stephen Harkins (Cynthia) of Scotia, NY and Mark Harkins (Sherri) of Middletown, PA.; and his sister Sarah Corcoran (William) of Vero Beach, FL. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
