It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph P. Kolter (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in McDonald, Ohio, who passed away on September 8, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kolter and Frances Kolter; his wife Dorothy Kolter (Gray); and his brother John Kolter. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Kolter Jr., MD, James Kolter, MD (Pamela) of Spring City, PA, David Kolter (Carla) of Hummelstown, PA and Julie Kolter of New Brighton; and his siblings, Josephine Milligan of Sewell, NJ and Robert Kolter. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
