It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Forbes (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 23, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Forbes; and her brother Harry Thomas Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Forbes Sansom; her granddaughter Michelle Sansom Goshorn (Jason Goshom); and her sisters, Mary Smith and Janet Smith.
