She is survived by: her parents, Don Wentz and Melissa Wentz; her husband Will Horn; her brothers, Timothy Wentz (Tara) and Patrick Wentz (Gracie); her grandfather Ronald Kaullen; and her siblings' children, Isla and Emerson.
