As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Kevin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Lee and Jeanne Marie Bailey; and his brother Michael Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Kelly; his daughter Melissa Ann Rhinehart of Millersville; his stepdaughters, Lori Camplese of Perry City, Trisha Peachey of Hagerstown and Amanda Richardson of Harrisburg; and his sister Kathleen Allen (Ralph) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home (2100 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17110). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
