He is survived by: his wife Mona Hainsey Cunkle; his children, Kim Camplese, Bill Cunkle (Terri), Tom Cunkle (Melissa), Richard Cunkle and Matt Cunkle; and his grandchildren, Ashley Pritts (Jordan), Gabrielle, Kylie Camplese, Kristin Morrissey, Alex and Jake Cunkle.
