Farrell; her daughters, Melinda Montero (Johnny) of Enola and April Schreck (Jason) of Colonial Park; her grandchildren, Kyler, Kolin, Kaden Schreck and Severus Montero; her great grandchild Clementine Schreck; and her siblings, Scott Miller (Tina) of Middletown, Lavern "Vern" Miller (Gina) of Mechanicsburg, Michael Miller (Shirl) of Middletown and Dana Heckard (Harrison, Jr.) of Linglestown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home (3125 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109).
