She is survived by: her parent Kathryn E. Bixler (Rollins); her grandchildren, Zachary N. Smith, Jonathan T. Smith, Lucas J. Schick and Larissa N. Cisneros (Lance); her siblings, Craig Bixler (Amber) of Harrisburg, Steve Bixler (Deb) of Harrisburg, Dennis Applebury of Harrisburg and Lynn Koll (Glenn); and her friends, Brenda Rogaski and Dorothy Todd.
