He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kevin Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan and Suzanne. He is survived by: his wife Donna of Harrisburg; his children, Cynthia Sullivan of Lake Wylie, SC, Jeffery Sullivan of Harrisburg and Michelle Vargas (Rogelio) of Harrisburg; his grandchild Tiffany Kreys (Eugene) of Elk Grove, CA; and his brother Terrance O'Sullivan (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
