He was predeceased by: his parent Paul E. Billow. He is survived by: his parent Helen M. Billow (Bence); his children, Jay T. Billow of Marysville, Rennie L. Billow of Harrisburg and Angeline R. Billow of Grantville; his brothers, Stephen Billow, John Maxwell and Dan Maxwell; and his grandchildren, Jaela, Rhyley, Kohnnyr and Xennah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paxton Ministries, 2001 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
