She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Hardick and Jeanne Seveney Hardick; her brother Stephen Hardick; and her granddaughter Gabrianna Hornbaker. She is survived by: her children, William Hornbaker of Bethlehem, PA, Timothy Hornbaker (Kelly) of Effort, PA, Stephanie Hornbaker of Harrisburg, PA and Chris Hornbaker of Harrisburg, PA.; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Brady, Caitlin, Joshua, Abby, Bryn, Max, Ryan, Lydia, Kane and Quinn.
