He was predeceased by: his parent Queen Ester Sherard; and his sisters, Lois Stevenson and Norma Dreher. He is survived by: his children, Norvell Barton and Darvell Washington; and his siblings, Napoleon Sherard, Cedric Sherard and Barbara Green. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
