He was predeceased by: his parents, Beauregard Roach and Thelma Spann Roach. He is survived by: his spouse Lara G. Roach of Alloway; his children, Trina Roach of Germany, Ronda C. Wells of Willingboro, NJ and Oliver Allen of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings, Kenneth Roach (Lois) and Joyce Roach Bradshaw of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
