He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elaine V. Gouffer Dougher; his children, Lisa L. Long (Jeffery), Colleen M. Hubler (Michael), Kathy M. Allen (Jeffery) and Mark L. Dougher; his grandchildren, Ashley M. Hayes (Keegan), Shannon E. Allen and Eric P. Allen; and his siblings, Joseph Dougher (Christine), Maureen Pease (Robert) and Alice Anderson (Andy).
